Workshop + Let there be Light 


This Workshop is approx. 1,400 sq ft, and has a 12 ft ceiling with an attached 1.232 sq foot approx. covered Bay There are lots of windows to bring in natural light. It is setup with rollup doors, an awning that opens to gardens, and a floor-to-ceiling rolling door at the covered bay that opens to the large field and the new Horse Barn.

Ready + Large Enough

The Workshop has multiple outlets, including several 230 volts, on the south side of the building. The concrete floor outdoor bay is approx. 1,232 SqFt., covered with a tall overhang, and large enough to work on several farm vehicles at a time.. or, pull your tractor right inside the Workshop.
