Swimming Pool + Barn

 

The Viking Fiberglass inground pool is 37 feet long and approx. eight feet at the deep end. It features a raised deck to avoid the high ground water table and a French drain under the pool. It is entirely heated by a solar panel structure behind the barn. The barn is approx. 2,300 sq ft and was built in the late 1970s with three stalls, tack room and upstairs storage loft. The Boer goats call this their home -- when they aren't busy browsing by the ponds.

 

The Pool and Pool House  were designed to be centered on the rustic barn. Swim, sunbathe and enjoy both privacy and hillside views. Through the back gate you can walk to the neighboring vineyard tasting rooms. This is the life!
